Type Form (3rd party platform)
Introduction
There are various reasons why you may need guests to complete a form or questionnaire—whether it's collecting party details for legal submission, enhancing concierge services, or simply gathering more information about the booking.
This guide walks you through converting a guest questionnaire web form into a link that can be emailed directly to guests from the iPRO system. The link will direct them to a third-party platform (Typeform) where they can complete the form.
With Typeform, you can:
✅ Track submissions to see who has completed the form
✅ Review guest responses in a structured format
✅ Download submissions for easy record-keeping
While Typeform offers paid plans with additional features, this guide covers the basic steps using their free account.
Important Note:
iPRO does not have a direct integration or partnership with Typeform. This guide is intended to introduce a simple, effective solution for guest form submissions. Any questions or technical issues related to Typeform should be directed to their support team.
