Where guests can be directed to this form via a link you would send in your iPRO emails and guests submit this form to the 3rd party platform. Here you are able to see who has submitted the form, what their answers are and download these submissions. They also have paid plans where you get more from their platform but this guide is coverings the basic steps from the free account.
