How to Activate my Owner Account?

Access the owner portal www.agencydomain.com/owners/login - Please change 'agencydomain' to your property manager's root domain and then add owners/login

Click the link provided in your 'Welcome to your Owner Portal' email, which will direct you to the password reset page. The link will typically be in the format: www.agencydomain.com/owners/reset-password. Replace 'agencydomain.com' with the rootdomain of your chosen property manager.


Step 2: Requesting a Password Reset


On the reset password page, enter the email address associated with your account (the same one used to receive the welcome email). Click the 'Send Reset Link' button to request a password reset.


You will then click 'Send Reset Link'



Step 3: Receiving the Reset Password Email


Check your email inbox for a message with the subject line: "Dear [First] [Last Name], here is your reset password link." Open the email and click the link provided to proceed to the password reset page.


Step 4: Setting Your New Password


Once on the password reset page, you can now create your own unique password. Follow the instructions to craft a secure password as outlined below
