The objective of this training session is to ensure you know how to setup and configure booking rules per property and per season, how to setup rates, discounts and vouchers. How to utilise advanced features such as creating groups of properties and utilising warnings for your properties.
Lesson 1: How to configure your rates and booking rules
About the lesson:
In this lesson you will learn, how to configure your rate structure and booking rules for each property. You will learn how to use fixed and flexible changeover days to maximise your occupancy levels and how to use flexible pricing for short breaks and longer stays.
Lesson 2: How to configure rates and discounts
About the lesson:
In this lesson you will learn, how to configure rates and discounts for your properties. We offer a lot of flexibility in how you can configure your rates per property and how these can be copied from one property to another.
Lesson 3: How to configure and setup vouchers
About the lesson:
In this lesson you will learn, how to configure and setup vouchers for your guests. Within iPro you can sell 'Gift Vouchers' and you can offer promotional vouchers that can be used within marketing campaigns or to reward loyal customers.
Lesson 4: How to setup a parent and child group
About the lesson:
In this lesson you will learn, how to create groups of properties which are interlinked i.e Parent and Child. This could be a country estate, which offers a Manor House, A Barn Conversion, Cottages. If you book the estate they are all booked, however if you book the manor house, you can still book the barn and cottages. You could group the barn and cottages together to offer more flexibility. By grouping properties you can set defined pricing for booking the collective.
Lesson 5: How to setup and distribute your availability via iCal
About the lesson:
In this lesson you will learn, how to configure an iCal for your property. Within iPro you can distribute your property iCal to anyone who needs to know the availability. While you can also import multiple calendars from any source i.e Airbnb, Booking.com, etc...
Lesson 6: How to setup and utilise warnings within iPro
About the lesson:
In this lesson you will learn, how to configure warnings for your properties. Warnings are a great way to highlight with your team things to be aware of before processing a booking, you can set warnings to highlight only when bookings overlap certain dates.
Lesson 7: How to use all the content options within iPro
About the lesson:
In this lesson you will learn, how to enter unique content for the channels. It is important for SEO purposes that your property content is unique on your website.
Lesson 8: How to have customised bespoke emails for one property
About the lesson:
In this lesson you will learn, how to setup customised emails for each property. This is an exception feature and should only be used if you need something absolutely unique for that individual property, allowing you to enter content that is very bespoke to that property.
