Overview

This release guide documents the changes made to the iPro CRM Software during the month of May 2019

Reminder: All clients have the ability to view all software changes on their staging site (IPROSTAGE), prior to deployment on the live site.

i.e. clientdomain(com).iprostage.com

(com) is the extension of domain .co.uk, .net, .info, etc...

Deployment Process

Deployment of the updated software is by client request raising a ticket with the support desk or via an email to support@ipro-software.com.

Deployment will be scheduled within an agreed time window. If you wish to change the time which has been agreed, please contact the support desk to arrange a suitable alternative. ,

Enhancements

• Search & Map View on search results
• Hotel Widget - Book multiple rooms from one booking form

API

• Extras API - Updated with latest "Extras" Features (view API guide)
• Last Updated API - Check this API to identify any changes within the properties i.e. Details, Rates, Images, Availability (view API guide)
• Offers API - Improve how information is displayed within the special offers API (view API guide)
• Rates API - Short breaks to include the booking fee (view API guide)

Booking Management

• Source / Referral Commissions - Ability to assign commissions to a source and to vary the commissions by the season of the booking

Reports

• Extras Report - Track extras ordered, Analyse Profit & Income against all extras
• Scheduled Report - Automatically email extras ordered report to external suppliers to ensure fulfilment

Statements

• Implemented an "Annual Owner Financial Statement", this is automatically run for all owners and emailed as a PDF, with a version saved within iPro

Tokens

• Enquiry Emails - {Price} & {TotalPrice} - Now display 'Tbc' when no price is calculated
• {nightlyRate} - Available within the enquiry and booking emails, it will display the average nightly rate for the booking

Bugs Fixed

• API - Payments API not allocating payments correctly in certain scenarios
• API - Overlapping rates returned within the Rates API for certain requests
• iCal - iCal import causing the property to be published which is causing a full index rebuild and performance issue
• iCal - iCal is importing multiple bookings for the same dates
• Payment Provider: Stripe - Since latest version BookingID was lost in the log, this was updated
• Payment Provider: Stripe - Issue when refunding security deposits
• Reports - Fixed the quick links feature for the dashboard
• Vouchers - Bug found when adding properties to a voucher
