How do I add my own property reference numbers?

Within the I-Pro system you can easily update the property numbers to match your existing numbers, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Go To Content
2. Locate the property via the site tree
3. Or Search via ipro for the property and click the "edit" link
4. Within the "Content" tab
5. You will find the field "Property Reference", simple add the reference number you require (numerical only)
6. If you wish to add a prefix to your property numbers please go to the "Home" node
7. On the "Site Settings" tab you will find the field "Property Prefix", here you can add your prefix to the reference numbers i.e AH1001 or FR10001
