Can I Sync Properties Where I am a Co Host?

Airbnb Co Host Accounts

  • Full Sync - All is controlled via iPro
  • Limited Sync - Rates, Availability, Rules, Cancellation Policy
  • Reviews - These will be retained from the existing owner account
  • Bookings - Existing bookings will not be touched or synced, you must ensure calendars are accurate before syncing first time.

Once you have connected iPRO to your Airbnb account, any properties which you have where you are a co host can be mapped to iPRO in the same way your direct properties can be.

Meaning that once you have activated a property the content, pricing, calendar, etc will be fed into Airbnb via iPRO.

The owners would still have full control of their Airbnb account, just as they do now by signing into Airbnb and having full control of using their account, and the reviews would not get touched in the sync also, they will remain in Airbnb as they are now.

Once the property is connected you will have either the limited or full sync options for the content/amenities etc, if you use a limited sync it will only send availability, pricing, minimum stay, and the cancelation policy everything else the owners would have full control over in their Airbnb account to do updates, etc.

If you choose the full sync then everything will be managed from iPRO,  so the owners won't have access to make modifications in their Airbnb account as this information would need to be edited via iPRO, remember that with the full sync it will overwrite all the information that's currently in Airbnb with whats currently in iPRO.
