How to cancel a booking via the OTA?

Bookings must be cancelled by the guest via the platform they booked i.e. Airbnb, Booking.com, Homeaway


This will automatically cancel the booking in iPro


If the booking doesn't get automatically updated, you will need to cancel the booking manually.


The financials will not be updated, so you will need to update as required so it is in line with what you have agreed with the owner and the guest.
