How to configure Nature of Stay

Introduction

Tracking the nature of stay of a booking is really valuable as it allows you to identify why people are booking with you which could be a very powerful guide for you to determine where to spend your marketing budget.

Are most of your bookings for family gatherings, weddings, romantic getaways, corporate bookings, etc? Using the nature of stay field in iPro can easily provide you with this data.

How to configure Nature of Stay?

1/ On your iPro dashboard go to Settings > Nature of Stay:

2/ This will bring you to the Nature of Stay dashboard which will include a list of default values already available on your account. You can delete any of the values by clicking on the delete icon under the Actions column:

3/ To add a new value, click the 'Add New Nature of Stay' button on the upper right corner:

4/ The Add Nature of Stay window will pop-up and simply input the value in the Description field and click 'Save':

5/ You will now see the new value you added to your Nature of Stay Dashboard and is now ready to use on your account/website:
