Course Overview


The objective of this training session is to learn how to utilise bills, tasks and invoices so that you can produce financial owner statements.  


You will learn how bills can be used as charges and credits, allowing accurate statements to be produced.

Lesson 3: How to quick add a task






About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to quickly add a task via the top menu,  add items in real time via your mobile, tablet or desktop.



Lesson 4: How to login as a housekeeper






About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to setup logins for your housekeepers or maintenance team, so that they can manage their tasks assigned within the property manager.



Lesson 5: How to use bills






About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to add bills, bills can be used as 'Credit Notes' and 'Charges'



Lesson 6: How to use brands with the property manager






About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to utilise brands within the property manager module.  You can allocate tasks and bills to the different brands.  


You will learn how to setup two companies one for your management tasks and one for your holiday accommodation.



Lesson 7: How to charge tax on commissions






About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to set the tax based on whether you have provided the service or you using a 3rd party and earning a commission.




Lesson 8: How to automatically generate invoices






About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to easily generate the invoices by automatically compiling all bills and tasks into an invoice for each property.



Lesson 9: How to add multiple bills






About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to easily add all the bills in one screen, this is great when partners provide a full list of services they have delivered for that period.
