Overview

This release guide documents the changes made to the iPro CRM Software during the month of May 2019

Reminder: All clients have the ability to view all software changes on their staging site (IPROSTAGE), prior to deployment on the live site.

i.e. clientdomain(com).iprostage.com

(com) is the extension of domain .co.uk, .net, .info, etc...

Deployment Process

Deployment of the updated software is by client request raising a ticket with the support desk or via an email to support@ipro-software.com.

Deployment will be scheduled within an agreed time window. If you wish to change the time which has been agreed, please contact the support desk to arrange a suitable alternative. ,

Enhancements

Website: Owners Portal

• Ability to allow owners to update their own property information

Website: Premium Template Design

• Improved how the display works for selecting dates on the booking form and the number of nights
• Improved how the "My Favourites" works within the website
• Improved how the images scroll on search results
• Improved mobile responsiveness to ensure excellent display across platforms

Website: Language

• Improved the Multi Lingual support for Extras / Pricing Grid / Calendars

Website: Widgets

• Improved Random Widget - Match new search results design for the property listing
• Improved calendar display for the booking form and search form - 2 click process
• Improved integration of the currency converter within the website

Website: Checkout Pages

• Early Booking Deposit Feature - Book today for just x amount, set when remaining deposit is due

API

• Push Property API - Push properties to iPro via our API (view API guide)

Booking Management

• Disabled the ability to book via a "Travel Agent" ie a staff member, you must have a new contact record for staff bookings
• Improved display on the "Property Calendar", now provides more information so reservation teams have more data on hand
• User permissions enhancements: Licence Control

Rentals United

• Ability to manually choose the Rentals United Location to map too (override feature)
• LOS Pricing fully integrated - If you use short break pricing or % short break pricing iPro will convert this to LOS pricing in Rentals United
• Web Method Built so that we can automatically assign amenities to all bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens, you can choose what the default values should be
• Implemented an improved "Amenities" display, making it easier to allocate amenities and to choose multiple of the same items i.e 2 x Single Beds

Reports

• Contact Report - Added more information to enable easier marketing campaigns
• Financial Tax Declaration Report - Added the Guest ID to the financial booking report

Statements

• Implemented an "Annual Owner Financial Statement", this is automatically run for all owners and emailed as a PDF, with a version saved within iPro

Tokens

• {BookingDepositIncBookingFee} - Includes Security Deposit with deposit payment

Bugs Fixed

• Alerts - Attempts/Frequency on Customer Feedback Alert not working Alerts
• API - Balance due date on booking is set as the same as order date when payment is sent through the API
• Booking UI - "Block Bookings x Days in Advance" this rule now only works with frontend website bookings
• Enquiry UI - # of Nights doesn't automatically populate on the Enquiry even though the check-in/check-out date is specified
• iCal -  iCal will not validate and import Booking Management
• Rentals United - Improved currency conversion sync, this now works with the + / - feature
• Website Widget: Booking Form - Improved display for number of nights
